"In late 2009 I received an email from Trish asking me why I was not utilizing ShowTime to its fullest. I decided to take the time to create presentations that I could easily reproduce for each client and get on board with the program. I also called Trish and with her help decided to use a presentation binder that my client could keep all related materials in for the sale or purchase of their home. I have gotten listings from friends of clients that had never seen such a professional binder from any of the Realtors they had worked with. I have had my clients bring their binder to the home inspections, etc. - they really seem to value this information.

I have been a Presidents Club Member in the top 10% of sales each year on the Chilliwack Real Estate Board in no small measure to my use of ShowTime presentations! I highly recommend ShowTime as a marketing tool!"

"I have been using ShowTime 4 Real Estate now for two years and it has been a fantastic investment. Firstly, Trish and Mike are exceptional to work with and they do all the work! For a nominal fee per year, I can easily create a listing presentation or a buyer presentation, open house handouts, for sale by owner mailouts and much more. When details need updating, for example when the HST converted to GST, they do it and I instantly get the update.

My time is worth way more than sitting fiddling with putting presentations together. Show Time 4 Real Estate is professional, super easy to use and has fetched me three listings from mail-outs and open handouts alone (which bought and turned into six transactions). I have been using the ShowTime presentation kits for three years now and really appreciate how info sheets are updated as soon as changes are made, i.e. HST to GST. I don't have to worry about handing out outdated info to prospective clients.

I have special kits created in my Archive File, set up to print in the order I want for my presentation, so when I need one all I have to do is: copy and rename the kit, delete forms that don't apply, customize forms that need changes, print the kit. It takes a little time to set up your basic kits with all the forms you might need. Once it is set up it's great!"
